Following registration, an initial screening is performed to assess which businesses meet the criteria of our organization. You should hear from us within two weeks. Those companies that meet our basic investment objectives will be asked to proceed into an application process. This process will allow us to perform a more thorough evaluation of your business venture and the underlying opportunity.
We are committed to providing final investment decisions or other direction, within two months of registration. Of course, our timeline to move through the application process is affected by a variety of things: the stage of the company, the type of business and its preparation to receive capital, potential investment and market partners, and most importantly, the responsiveness of the entrepreneurs. In the end, we hope to make this process as efficient as possible because you will be building a business, creating jobs, and making a substantial impact on the state of Wisconsin.
